If a package is clearly damaged (e.i. package is ripped/ crushed) refuse the package from the carrier. Initially, we planned to offer a variety of seasonal products but quickly discovered that the Christmas Season was where we truly shined. In 2022, we began searching for a new name to represent our brand. Merry Co., also known as The Merry Company, found its way into our hearts. After dreaming up the tagline "A Tradition of Christmas," it solidified its place in our minds, and we simply couldn't pass up the opportunity to move in this new direction. Even after our rename, we remain a fully self-run, family-owned operation dedicated to producing quality products and impeccable service. Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to almost 30 countries. Simply add your items to cart and you should have a automatic shipping estimate. Shipping estimates to some countries are not available and it would be best to contact us support@seasonsreflection.com to get a shipping quote. Note some of our lighting products won't work with international currents or voltages. VINTAGLO TOPICS Will Vintaglo lights be avaliable in 220/240 Volts for Europe? At this time, VintaGlo is available only as a 100-125V AC/DC-compatible light string, suitable for power systems in the United States, Canada, and Japan. Currently, the only way to use VintaGlo in Europe is by using a step-down inverter to convert power from 220/240V to 120V. These inverters are readily available at home improvement stores and online. We are actively working on EU-compatible sets! However, we do not yet have an estimated release date. As a small operation, we are focused on improving our existing product lines before launching new options for additional markets. That said, we are expanding our production capacity to support the development of 220/240V-compatible sets. Stay tuned for updates through our newsletter! Will you have more Vintaglo color options? Yes! The most popular options will be developed first. Currently, we are focusing on releasing the ever-popular Red, Green, Blue, Amber, and Magenta mix. Your feedback helps us allocate our time and development resources to the most requested products. Why are you focused on plastic bulbs, rather than glass? One of our favorite questions! It's no secret that LEDs made energy-efficient, long-lasting, and durable holiday lighting possible. However, this came at the cost of warm, beautiful colors. Today, manufacturing practices have become so streamlined and cost-efficient that many LED sets are being made to standards no more durable than the incandescent sets of the past. To us, this made no sense. Why invest in a new technology if you're still susceptible to the fragility of yesterday's sets while also compromising the warm, rich color? When launching Vintaglo, our first and foremost non-negotiable was quality, long-lasting sets. This is why we are so focused on plastic composite development. We've developed all our plastic compositions from the ground up, replicating glass-like reflective qualities in plastic and achieving something never before done in the industry. Because we are reflecting and filtering color through plastics that are millimeters thick—rather than microns for lacquered glass—achieving that imperfectly perfect look is extremely difficult and costly. This is why it was never attempted before in the industry. Additionally, the quality of the LED diode plays a critical role. Developing, and implementing, an extremely high-quality LED in a tiny package to then cap it with a custom composite cap is far too expensive for most manufacturers to even consider. Sadly, no matter the quality of colored lacquers or glass, the lenses of current glass offerings still fade in the sun, peel over time, and make decorating more time-consuming and frustrating when you're dealing with fragile glass lenses and bulbs. This, once again, is why we focused so heavily on composites. Our Vintaglo Professional Series mini-lights will not fade under normal operating conditions or shatter during rough installation. Our sets undergo a minimum of 10-season-equivalent UV testing before approval, ensuring they will last, fade-free, for years to come. Will Vintaglo ever have glass lights? Glass-based lighting is certainly an open door for us. We are looking into every option available to extend our offerings to people who have specific preferences—which include glass sets. Whats the deal with Vintaglo bulbs? Will they ever be released? At Vintaglo, we are dedicated to our philosophy of creating long-lasting, durable, composite-based construction methods that replicate the warm, authentic look of glass incandescent lighting. This has proven to be a significant challenge, and our focus remains on perfecting this development. While we are making great progress, we currently don’t have a specific timeline for when these bulbs will be ready for enjoyment.
